N.B. Goods can not be released or delivered until your payment transaction has been complete.

Terms and Conditions.  

Delivery should be made within 3-5 working days or 5-10 working days for items we are waiting stock delivery of. (please note some suppliers deliveries are slow at present due to Covid-19 restriction, so delays may occur) If you wish to contact the store our team will be happy to check the stock status on any product.

A more accurate date of delivery will be advised when order & payment is received. (please note payments leave the customers account on date of purchase but do not show in our account for up to 48 hours)

You will be notified by e-mail once payment is cleared.

Delivery is to a customer’s front door or to the entrance of their property only. We cannot deliver items to a specific room in the customers home.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items ordered will fit through the entry points of their home.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items ordered are suitable for the plumbing system in their home.

The customer must inspect all goods on delivery and inform Heatwise Ltd of any shortages or damages within 24 hours of delivery.

N.B. – Delivery time on PRE ORDER products may vary, an estimate delivery date will be advised when orders or enquiries are received.

We do not offer a free returns service.

Delivery Charges  

We currently deliver for FREE to Dublin, Kildare, Laois, Offaly & Westmeath on all orders over €100.00

We can however offer FREE DELIVERY to all other counties for orders over €750.00 (N.B. THERE IS NO FREE DELIVERY ON OVERSIZED/OVERWEIGHT PRODUCTS)  your Free Delivery will apply at the checkout before you process your order.

We also have a click and collect facility in our check out. And now you can also order and pay in store.

(please note you must allow time for your order process)

We do not deliver outside the Republic of Ireland, we do however have a collect in store option at our checkout. Which you can choose and arrange your own courier if you wish to do so.

 

Collecting At Store.

If you choose our pick-up at store facility, please note goods can only be picked up during opening business hours, orders can take 24-48 hours to process, providing you have chosen a product in stock, please ring to book a time for collection and give at least one hour notice prior to collection.

Wrong Delivery Address In-putted

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Heatwise Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Returns/Claims

Unfortunately we can not offer free returns on our products. Credit will be issued once goods are returned unopened and in the same condition it was received.

The customer must inspect all goods on delivery and inform Heatwise of any shortages or damages within 24 hours of delivery as we sometimes use other delivery services and we can not be held responsible.

DUE TO CONSTANT SHADE CHANGES WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY TILES OR LAMINATE FLOORING.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF SPECIAL ORDERS OF ANY PRODUCTS.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ADHESIVE AND GROUT.

ALL MEASUREMENTS / QUANTITIES PROVIDED BY OUR STAFF ARE APPROXIMATE ONLY.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE CHECKED WITH YOUR TILER PRIOR TO TILING COMMENCING.
