N.B. Goods can not be released or delivered until your payment transaction has been complete.

Terms and Conditions.  

Delivery should be made within 5 working days or 5-10 working days for items we are awaiting stock delivery of. (please note some supplier’s deliveries are slow at present due to Covid-19 restriction and other current global issues, so delays may occur) If you wish to contact the store our team will be happy to check the stock status on any product.

A more accurate date of delivery will be advised when the order & payment is received. (please note payments leave the customer account on the date of purchase but do not show in our account for up to 48 hours)

You will be notified by e-mail once payment is cleared.

Delivery is to a customer’s front door or to the entrance of their property only. We cannot deliver items to a specific room in the customer’s home.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items ordered will fit through the entry points of their home.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items ordered are suitable for the plumbing system in their home.

The customer must inspect all goods on delivery and inform Heatwise Ltd of any shortages or damages within 24 hours of delivery.

N.B. – Delivery time on SPECIAL ORDERS – (ON BACK ORDER) products may vary, an estimated delivery date will be advised when orders or enquiries are received.

We do not offer a free returns service.

We do not deliver outside the Republic of Ireland, we do however have a collect in-store option. You can choose and arrange your own courier if you wish to do so. please note we are not responsible for any breakages once the products leave our store.

Delivery Charges  

We currently deliver for FREE to Dublin, Kildare, Laois, Offaly & Westmeath on all orders over €350.00

We do NOT deliver to the following counties for orders under €1,500.00 – Cavan, Cork, Galway and Louth We do have an in-store collection facility.

We do NOT have a delivery facility to the following counties, Clare, Donegal, Kerry, Mayo, Monaghan Sligo, Waterford, Wexford and north of Ireland. We do have an in-store collection facility.

We also have a click-and-collect facility, you can order and pay in-store.

Collecting At Store.

If you choose our pick-up at the store facility, please note goods can only be picked up during opening business hours, orders can take 24-48 hours to process, providing you have chosen a product in stock, please ring to book a time for collection and give at least one hour notice prior to collection.

Wrong Delivery Address In-putted

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Heatwise Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Returns/Claims

Unfortunately, we can not offer free returns on our products. Credit will be issued once goods are returned unopened and in the same condition, it was received.

The customer must inspect all goods on delivery and inform Heatwise of any shortages or damages within 24 hours of delivery as we sometimes use other delivery services and we can not be held responsible.

** Any Breakages must be reported within 24 hours delivery, or we CANNOT be held responsible.  **

 

  • Due to constant shade changes of tiles & Laminate flooring, We CANNOT accept returns, however, once within 60 days of purchasing and the product is the same shade of the current stock item (Not a Special Order or Discontinued) We can issue a credit note for the value within 5-7 days once products are check by stores.

Original receipt must be produced or 20% restock will be deducted.

  • As Adhesive & Grout contains a Chemical Substance, We CANNOT accept any returns, leftovers must be discarded as stated on package.

 

  • We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of SPECIAL ORDER/SALE PRODUCTS OR ITEMS OFF DISPLAY

 

  • All Measurements/Quantities provided by our staff are approximate only. We strongly advise all measurements and choice of products are checked with your contractor before purchasing, as we will not be responsible for products not fitting.

 

  • Deposits paid on any products are non-refundable.

 

  • Delivery/collection can only be made once full payment is made. Delivery can take up to 10 Days from date of final payment.
